PAIN! Famous bodybuilder and influencer, Kadu Santos dies at the age of 31

Bodybuilding lost one of its greats this Monday (20th). Ricardo Nolasco dos Santosknown in the sporting scene as Kadu Santosdied at the age of 31 in Rio Grande do Sul. The athlete, who has built a solid career as a personal trainer and athlete, worked in Novo Hamburgo, in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre.

Throughout his career on stage, Kadu He has won 11 championship titles and was a two-time overall champion of the prestigious Muscle Contest, one of the most respected competitions in the sport. Outside of the arenas he has also dedicated himself to online sports consultancy, serving students and athletes in different regions of the country.

With a solid base of over 12,000 followers on social media, the bodybuilder has shared his training routine, behind-the-scenes insights into competitions and fitness tips. His digital presence has been characterized by discipline and passion for the sport, making him an inspiration to many aspiring players in the industry.

Kadu Santos he had recently gotten engaged to his personal trainer Sabrina Wollmann. The request occurred in July, during a championship he was competing in. The news of his death was confirmed by his family through social media. The athlete’s mother spoke: “The saddest day of my life. My beloved son.” As for the father, Amauri Santoshe also used his profile to confirm the leak.

The wake was held on Tuesday afternoon (21st) and brought together close friends and family to pay their last respects to the multiple champion. The cause of death has not been disclosed at this time. The training center where he worked, PowerCT, published a note mourning his untimely death.
