Chloe saved the young teenager
On her way home, Chloe found a wounded teenager in a tree. The latter, who was taken to the hospital, is unconscious and has a head injury. However, his tests are reassuring and he shouldn’t have any complications. His body just needs time to recover. On the other hand, the doctors don’t know what could have happened to him. In addition, the teenager did not have identification documents and a mobile phone when he arrived. So it will be difficult to warn his family.
Sarah then goes to St. Clair Hospital and questions Marian and Chloe about this young teenager. After telling her what happened, Chloe explains that she is not a student at Agnes Varda High School. Mariana adds that no traces of alcohol or drugs were found in their blood. Since the teenager was found near the Mont-Saint-Clair road, police want to know if it is possible that he was the victim of a car accident. This is unlikely for Marian as her injuries are very minor. Therefore, Sarah considers aggression and that she wanted to hide from the attacker.
Later, Alex offers Chloe a sprig of lily of the valley. If she gets her husband’s attention, Chloe worries first. Indeed, Agnes Varda’s principal cannot help but think about the teenager she saved. Just thinking about him waking up alone breaks my heart. That’s why she wants to stay by his side until her parents show up. Alex supported the decision.
Determined to help the police, Chloe goes to the farm and then shows Jordan and Judith a photo of the teenager. Since his face means nothing to them, he instructs them to broadcast a police witness call on social media.
A few steps away, the police are trying to identify the teenager. Unfortunately, the call for witnesses did not yield anything, and his description does not match any of the wanted men. At the same time, Damien took some samples from the scene. According to his conclusion, everything indicates that the teenager was almost hit by a car. If that’s the case, the police would be dealing with a hit and run without helping the person in danger.
Manon and Nordin start investigating the neighborhood and come across Moreno, who lives nearby. Christel then recalls that all the lights in her garden came on shortly before 9pm. He even has the impression that he saw something moving near the fences.
As the house is equipped with cameras, Georges later goes through the CCTV footage and someone has indeed crossed Sylvain and Christelle’s garden before disappearing behind the fence. This is also the teenager found by Chloe. In the footage, he looks scared as if he is being followed. Everything suggests that his fall on the road was not an accident.
In the evening, Chloe goes to the hospital to be at the teenager’s bedside. When he gets to the room, he is met by a male nurse who is bending over his bed. At first pretending to care, Chloe quickly realizes something is wrong. And for good reason, the individual really chokes on it. When he re-enters the room, he runs away. Chloe then gives chase…
Lisa has been confronting Benoit for the last time
At the police station, Benoit tries to pass himself off as the victim again, but Karim tells him about the chimeric DNA. Therefore, at the foot of the wall, the monster of Argentail confesses. After enjoying 15 years as a police officer, the serial killer has no regrets. According to him, he did all this to protect the children. Captain Said, who does not care what he has to say in his defense, is then invited to save his words for the judge.
For her part, Lisa finally gets out of prison to the delight of Victoire and Amelie. Although very shaken, the young woman tries to rejoice in this newfound freedom. Indeed, Lisa is on the loose during an internal investigation and knows that her superiors are not going to let her go. But the most important thing for Victoire and Amelie is that it finally came out.
After a while, Lisa goes to the police station and apologizes to her colleagues for completely screwing her up. Georges, Karim and Sarah, who do not oppose him, regret not listening to him when he told them about his suspicions about Benoit. After assuring him of the entire team’s support, Karim states that he can count on them. Since it was thanks to him that they were able to stop him, they are sure that it will be in the balance.
Lisa then goes to Benedict’s cell for one last one-on-one. Unlike him, Lisa did not come to mock him, but to open his eyes to the evil he had committed. Unfortunately, he knows he can’t. The most important thing today is for him to stop killing people and answer for his crimes in court. While Benoit retorts that justice never does anything to protect the weakest, Lisa urges him to stop talking. According to him, he is neither a victim nor a vigilante, but a psycho who will die alone.
Back at home, Lisa confides in her sister and cousin that she has joined the police to catch the Argentail Monster. Even though he is a super good cop, he knows that now he will be fired for what he did. However, in Lisa’s eyes, this is not important. The important thing is that Benoit is behind bars.
SOIZIC gives Jordan an idea
Jack, Jordan, and Lizzie are planning Damien and Audrey’s wedding. But a few weeks before the ceremony date, they fear that everything will be sold out. In order not to miss the date, Liz believes that the manure farm is the solution to all their problems. An idea that doesn’t sit well with Jordan, who rushes to repeat everything to her mother. And obviously, Audrey doesn’t like horses, and neither does her husband-to-be.
Soizic, who overheard their conversation, is amused by this situation. She then points out to Jordan that she already has everything she needs for a dreamy and simple wedding: the sea, the blue sky, the spray, the horizon and the sand.
