We exclusively present the teaser and the first images of the piece directed by Raúl Herrera, which opens on June 2.
Emma goes to visit her mother for a few days in her village, a place with idyllic landscapes, which paradoxically makes her agoraphobic due to conflicts in the past. This is the premise from which ‘plein air’second short film directed by Raúl Herrera and starring Ana Polvorosa, Ana Torrent and Guillem Barbosa.
The piece, produced by Natalia Lukic and Isabel Martínez (representatives of the Mesala agency), was shot in Valle de Mena, in Burgos, and will have its Premiere next Thursday June 2.

Raúl Herrera studied Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid, graduating from the Faculty of Seville. In addition, he obtained a diploma in editing from the Madrid Film Institute (NIC). He later took additional training courses, including film directing at the ECAM. Throughout his career, he has been alternating his audiovisual projects with exhibitions, collaborating with different art galleries in Paris, Madrid or Barcelona, and on audiovisual projects for different production companies, such as Mesala Films or White Leaf, among others. His previous short film as director, ‘Le Prochain’ (2018), deals with the theme of deaf people through the music of Bach and was selected at several festivals.
