Netflix offers a lot of series, but there are some that stand out. In 2021, Sweet Tooth created a surprise. Adapted from a graphic novel, this American production plunges us into a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by a deadly virus. It is in this devastated and abandoned landscape that we follow Gus (Christian Conover), a half-boy, half-deer hybrid.

The platform released Sweet Tooth Season 2 online on April 27 and fans have responded as the series is currently number one in the top 10, ahead of Always Always For You and In a beat. In this new burst of episodes, our hero decides to lead a rebellion against General Abbot (Neil Sandilands). The subscribers were served in terms of show and emotions.

The release of Sweet Tooth Season 2 and its success in France might make you want to discover it. And with some of the comments below, you might be tempted…

“A beautiful series, with an original script. Both a children’s story and a post-apocalyptic series in a world that is at the same time tender and violent and quite complex. The actors and actresses are very good. The story is original and the script is hardly predictable. The suspense is good.” (Pierre Crescenzo)

“A series that is a little reminiscent of current events, but in a slightly more childish way. The characters are lovable and the actors play their roles very well.” (Anthony_Split)

“The best! An original series, impressive, visually very aesthetic. The actors are right and the rhythm is very good.” (Aurel B.)

“It’s just magical and sad and full of hope. No need to pick up the series to leave a review, just look at it with the eyes of innocence…” (Bed.)

Sweet Tooth is recommended for ages 13 and up, making it the perfect series to watch with teenagers. Both seasons consist of 8 episodes of approximately 45 minutes each. What are you waiting for?
