These are the songs that Chris Pratt and the cast of ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ would add to the playlist of the new Marvel movie

One of the aspects that fans have come to expect from the ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ movies is a handpicked playlist of amazing songs by James Gunn. In ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’ we are not disappointed: from Radiohead’s ‘Creep’ to Florece & The Machine’s ‘Dog Days Are Over’, the songs from the third installment of the trilogy once again contain great songs.

Now, What songs would Chris Pratt (Peter Quill), Zoe Saldana (Gamora), Karen Gillan (Nebula) and Pom Klemetieff (Mantis) choose to represent their characters in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy 3’? Of course, ‘Creep’ is a perfect song to represent the Guardians, often considered the “weirdos” or outcasts of the Marvel world. It is about a group of unique superheroes who have formed an unexpected family while dealing with their own traumatic pasts. “I think all the Guardians of the Galaxy feel like outcasts,” Chris Pratt confirms to PHOTOS. “And there’s a very simple version of ‘Creep’ in the movie, an acoustic version, and the lyrics resonate for the Guardians, and probably for all those who feel marginalized, weird, those who think “what the hell is going on, I don’t belong here”, as the lyrics say“, explains the actor, who sees in this song by Radiohead a hymn for the characters of ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’.

In this third installment of the trilogy, we meet again with Peter Quill (Pratt), Drax (Dave Bautista), Rocket (Bradley Cooper), Groot (Vin Diesel), Nebula (Gillan), Mantis (Klementieff) and company after the events we saw in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’, ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ and more recently ‘Guardians of the Galaxy: Christmas Special’ from Disney+. Peace (and some sadness) reigns on the Knowhere space station, but a brutal and unexpected attack forces them to set out to save the life of one of its members. Thus, their paths will cross with a villain who wants to build the perfect society and a new superhero, Adam Warlock (Will Poulter), who wants to protect the people from him at all costs.

In an interview with PICTURES, the film’s main cast spent some time talking about the songs on the playlist and their requests for James Gunn., though the director is known for being in complete control over his soundtrack.
