William’s eldest son featured prominently in the ceremony at Westminster Abbey
Prince George can already taste a coronation ceremony this Saturday the 6th. Second in the line of succession to the British throne, William’s eldest son entered Westminster Abbey holding the mantle of his grandfather, King Charles III, at the alongside the sons of friends of the king.
Princess Charlotte and Prince Lois, George’s siblings, entered accompanied by their parents, William and Kate Middleton, just behind Charles. Queen Camilla Parker Bowles had her cloak taken off by her grandchildren.
Unlike William, Harry was demoted at the coronation and fell several ranks behind. The prince arrived alone, while Meghan Markle remained in the United States for the birthday of their firstborn, in the company of her cousins Beatrice and Eugenie.
