Yesterday in Moscow in the cinema “October” was the premiere of the almanac of short films “I love shorter.” Film crews and show business stars came to the premiere: Vladimir Vdovichenkov and Elena Lyadova, Daria Poverennova, Andrey Merzlikin, Artem Tkachenko, Daria Kalmykova, Anna Kotova-Deryabina, Sofia Kashtanova, Nikita Tarasov, Ekaterina Shumakova, Nikita Volkov, Elizaveta Moryak, Marusya Klimova, Olga Smirnova, Svetlana Stepankovskaya and others.

The almanac features seven films from the main competition program of the Koroche 2021 festival. Among them are “Box Ballet” by Anton Dyakov, nominated for “Oscar” this year, the debut directorial work of actor Anton Filipenko – “Fluger”, “Crossroads” by Anna Nosatova with Kirill Kyaro in the title role, the comedy “How to kindle an extinct fire” with Aglaya Tarasova . Andrey Merzlikin and Roza Khairullina can be seen in Gleb Ross’ fantasy comedy “The White Heterosexual Man”, “Avako” will tell the story of young Anya’s falling in love with a punk, and “Vagabond Bro” is a young rapper who collects stories of the homeless.

Before the show, festival selectors Nadezhda Koroleva and Vadim Rutkovsky said that last year more than 1,000 works from all over the country were screened, and only 36 of them were selected for the Main Competition program. They also reminded that the acceptance of works for participation in the program of this year is open – you can apply until July 15 on the website of the review.

The tenth anniversary festival “Koroche” is scheduled for August 19-21 this year.
