Jason Statham + Jurassic Park + Jaws = Busy Trailer for (Very) Troubled Waters, the Sequel to the Hit Shark Movie!

Jason Statham always goes further… After battling the megalodon in In Troubled Waters (2018), the British actor is back in the sequel called In (Very) Troubled Waters and he’s about to face 3 prehistoric sharks!

Ben Wheatley’s high-profile film (High Rise, Free Fire) includes a prehistoric prologue that explains the origin of the sea monster, just like the final film in the Jurassic World saga.

In (Very) Troubled Waters, Jason Statham and Jing Wu lead a team of explorers to explore the depths of the ocean. Their journey ends in disaster when an illegal mining operation threatens their mission and their lives.

With huge megalodons and ruthless bandits, the two men must escape their terrifying predators and always stay one step ahead of them in a terrifying race against time.

This time, megalodons and other sea monsters, as shown in the trailer, will emerge from the depths and hunt vacationers.

Inspired by the novel Maggie – the pit By Steve Alten, the film is written by Jon Hober and Erich Hober (In Troubled Waters, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts) and Dean Georgaris (In Troubled Waters, Lara Croft: The Cradle of Life).

The first installment, released in cinemas in the summer of 2018, earned more than $530 million at the international box office and attracted 1.6 million viewers in French cinemas.
