Banco do Brasil this morning announced a series of changes and appointments of executives to the main posts of the largest state-owned bank in the country listed on the stock exchange. The finance department, which was vacant, will be filled by João Vagnes de Moura Silva, a career employee at the bank and current controllership director.
The bank also nominated Luiz Gustavo Braz Lage, also a career clerk, to the agribusiness vice presidency, which was vacant.
In the corporate banking area, BB has appointed Julio Cesar Vezzaro to replace Jayme Pinto Junior, who will occupy the agribusiness direction. This direction was previously occupied by Antonio Carlos Wagner Chiarello, who will assume the position of Director of Loan and Financing Solutions.
Among other changes, the bank has also appointed Kamillo Tononi Oliveira Silva as retail commercial director, replacing Thompson Soares Pereira Cesar, who resigned.
