It’s time to prepare for the farewell: The fourth and final season of ‘Jack Ryan’ arrives this summer on Amazon Prime Video, and it will be loaded with action and intrigue. John Krasinski embodies the character created by Tom Clancy for the last time, and we hope that the farewell is up to par.
Season 4 of ‘Jack Ryan’ comes just six months after the premiere of the third in December 2022, but with a couple of differences: while its predecessor released its eight episodes at the same time to offer us a Christmas binge, this last season will have six episodes and a double weekly premiere (two episodes every Friday). Thus, the farewell to the series will last three weeks, enough time for fans to savor the latest adventure of the character.

Amazon Prime Video has confirmed that ‘Jack Ryan’ season 4 premiere date will be June 30.
It may not make as much noise as other current series, but it should not be underestimated: season 3 of ‘Jack Ryan’ broke the record achieved by ‘Wednesday’, one of the most watched Netflix series in its history. There is nothing. We’ll see if the fourth season manages to engage viewers with such intensity, even for the last time.
Based on the famous Tom Clancy novels, the Prime Video series follows a secret agent and deputy director of the CIA who goes into the field to investigate drug traffickers, terrorist organizations and insider conspiracies. Along with Krasinski (known for a very different role: Jim on ‘The Office’), the series also stars Wendell Pierce, Michael Kelly, Betty Gabriel and Abbie Cornish. Besides, the fourth season will feature the signings of Michael Peña (‘Narcos’, ‘Ant Man’) and Louis Ozawa (‘Hunters’).
‘Jack Ryan’ is produced by Amazon Studios, Paramount Television Studios and Skydance Television, and counts as executive producers Krasinski, Allyson Seeger, Andrew Form, Brad Fuller, Michael Bay and John Kelly, in addition to the author of the novels, Tom Clancy , among others.
So, Amazon Prime Video ends the run of this successful action series in its catalog, while making room for other powerful premieres that it has in store for this year. Among them is the adaptation of ‘Red Queen’ by Juan Gómez-Jurado, one of the most anticipated Spanish series of 2023 and starring Vicky Luengo, and also the expected expansions of some successful franchises that will give a lot to talk about: ‘The Continental’, the first series in the ‘John Wick’ universe to function as a prequel, and the first spin-off of the successful series ‘The Boys’, which has been dubbed ‘The Boys: Gen V’.
