On the first day of January, the interpreter got save his nephew before being hit by a snowplow. However, the heroic feat cost him 30 broken bones and a near-death experience.
Two of his Marvel mates, Scarlett Johanson and Chris EvansBlack Widow and Captain America, respectively, They came last month to pay him a visit to Los Angelesand Johansson has recently spoken with Variety about it.
“Honestly, I was awfully happy to see him. She didn’t know if she would do it again,” commented the actress, who has accumulated a total of 8 films within the UCM, several of them accompanied by Renner and Evans. “It wasn’t just seeing him, but him getting over it and having such an incredible mental attitude… He’s a very spiritual person, in general. He has a soul. You can see that in his work. It goes through him. There’s a great depth to it.”
“I was very happy to see him full of life and light (plus he is very funny). We laughed a lot,Johansson shared.
His partner, Chris Evans, also added some details of what was the endearing reunion between the three interpreters.
“There was not a tear. Just laughs, smiles and hugs,” commented the actor. “Like Jeremy, to take something potentially tragic and make it inspiring.”
