Work management startup selected for Attix

Startup billing in the country reached BRL 850,561.89 in 2022; GRTS Digital signs a partnership with the Mattos Filhos law firm with the Attix acceleration program

On average, Brazilian startups earned approximately BRL 850,561.89 in 2022. The information is part of the most recent “Brazilian Startup Ecosystem Mapping – 2022” promoted by Abstartup (Brazilian Association of Startups) together with Deloitte. The balance was based on 14,000 startups and showed that, among the early-stage companies assessed, 45.8% started business from 2020 onwards.

Last year’s positive performance draws attention to startups, increasingly solicited by groups and investors. This is the case of GRTS Digital, which develops and licenses B2B (Business-to-Business) software. The startup recently partnered with Mattos Filhos Law Firm through the Attix Accelerator Program.

The startup was born in May 2019, began operating in September of the same year and, in March 2020, closed the partnership with UNILEVER, a large group in the food segment. In 2021 the startup grew and established itself on the market even with the Covid-19 pandemic and, in 2022, it went from just over 13 customers to almost 40.

GRTS Digital is a platform for virtual meetings, monitoring of collective bargaining – which includes studies, qualifications and training – and BPO RTS (Business Process Outsourcing, a strategy that allows you to focus on the core business itself).

Uirá Menezes, co-founder and CEO of GRTS Digital, says that GRTS Digital is the only startup to offer a portfolio of integrated solutions for digitization in labor and union relations management and has been highlighted in the “Top 100 Open startups 2022” . Of the 100 largest companies in the 2022 ranking, 13 are GRTS Digital customers.

“Being selected to be part of the Mattos Filhos law firm portfolio, through the Attix accelerator program, is a seal, a stamp of one of the largest law firms in Brazil, validating the innovation we have brought to the market,” he says Menez.

Attix offers access to innovative solutions and market tools and seeks to anticipate responses to business challenges and create opportunities that extend beyond the legal sector. From this assumption, according to Attix, the goal is to drive transformations in all sectors of the economy, connecting companies with national and foreign startups that offer strategic technologies for specific needs.

Emerson Casali, co-founder of GRTS Digital, adds that by participating in the program, the startup will have access to resources and specialist skills that will help it improve its processes, products and services.

“Moreover, participating in the program will allow the startup to expand its network of contacts, allowing the company to connect with other entrepreneurs and investors, opening up new business opportunities and strategic partnerships,” he says.
