On June 28, the mystery (and comedy) returns to Disney +.
The second season of ‘Only murders in the building’ will come to Disney + next Tuesday, June 28, within the Star brand.
Following the shocking death of Arconia Neighborhood Council President Bunny Folger, Charles (Steve Martin), Oliver (Martin Short) and Mabel (Selena Gomez) are forced to unmask the killer. However, three (unfortunate) complications arise: the leading trio are publicly implicated in Bunny’s murder, which is the subject of a competing podcast, and they also have to deal with a group of New York residents who believe that they are the ones who committed the murder.
While we wait a few more weeks, we have a preview of the poster for the second season, as well as a small preview of what awaits us in these new adventures of the protagonists. The series that premiered in August of last year is the work of creators and screenwriters Steve Martin and John Hoffman (‘Grace and Frankie’, ‘Looking’). Martin and Hoffman are executive producing along with Martin Short, Selena Gomez, ‘This Is Us’ creator Dan Fogelman, and Jess Rosenthal.
Steve Martin has made audiences laugh for decades: among his most emblematic titles is the 90s remake of ‘The Father of the Bride’, ‘A Pair of Seducers’, ‘Better Alone Than in Bad Company’ or ‘A Great year’.
Short has coincided in several of Martin’s works, being in ‘The father of the bride’ among others, in addition to having titles such as ‘The prodigious chip’, or having appearances such as ‘How I met your mother’.
Gomez began her acting career when she was just ten years old. In her early years she began with Disney projects such as ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ among others. She however she also starred in ‘Spring Breakers’, or has worked with directors like Woody Allen in ‘A Day in New York’.
Among the additions that will be in this second season of ‘Only murders in the building’, are Expensive Delevingne, who plays a girl who works in the art world and who does not know how, will also be involved in the mystery. We will also see in the nice fiction Shirley McLaine Already Amy Schumerwhich are added to the ups and downs that we will witness in the Arconia building.
There are still a few days to wait to see one of the most convoluted neighborhood communities on the television scene. They will arrive on June 28!
