Warning: This news evokes subliminal images of the pornographic film Fight Club and may therefore shock you.
Released in theaters in 1999, Fight Club is a cult classic for many reasons, and especially for its subliminal imagery that David Fincher slips in here and there. You may be familiar with some of them, but did you notice the one that the American filmmaker placed at the end of his movie?
At the end of the featurette worn by Brad Pitt and Edward Norton, before the credits rolled, David Fincher actually inserted a picture of a penis! A clearly visible male after 2 hours, 16 minutes and 15 seconds.
This penis plan at the end of Fight Club is a reference to an identical and much less subliminal plan that we can discover in the first part of the film. We see the male gender on the screen when Tyler Durden, who is a projectionist, explains that he puts images of this style in the Disney feature films he sends to viewers.
