When can I remove a review?
The content of reviews posted by customers on Google My Business cannot be managed by other people, even if they own the business. That is, the platform does not allow you to remove a comment instantly, like on Instagram.
This is to ensure the autonomy and impartiality of the publications left on the pages. The platform encourages a neutral and trustworthy environment where people feel free to leave their opinions about their experience with a company.
To make the process safe, the Google It has an automatic system that detects inappropriate content that does not fall within the platform’s usage guidelines, such as spam and fake versions. Also, the rules don’t allow arguments like:
