Shazam’s long-awaited spin-off “Black Adam” will receive its first official trailer on June 8, Dwayne Johnson said on his Instagram profile.
We do not yet know which movie Warner will choose to show the trailer, but it is very likely that it will be their film “Jurassic World: Dominion”, whose official premiere is scheduled for that day. Another possibility is “Thor: Love and Thunder”, from rival Disney, which is expected to be released a few days earlier.
The announcement of the release date of the “Black Adam” trailer was made in a photo in which The Rock appears seated on the throne of the character. In the caption, Johnson reveals that he promised he would only sit on the throne after filming the scene where Black Adam wins that right.
In another post, The Rock posted a photo together with the film’s director, Jaume Collet-Serra. In the caption, he talks about how productive the week was to put the finishing touches on “Black Adam”. He recalls that this will be his second film with the director, with whom he worked on Jungle Cruise, a film inspired by the attraction of Disney parks.
“Black Adam” will hit theaters in October
‘Black Adam’ will mark the arrival of the Justice Society of America (Justice Society of America), with several new characters. After some delays, the new DC / Marvel movie will premiere on October 21st. A few months later, it will be the turn of ‘Shazam 2’ or ‘Shazam: Fury of the Gods’.
