Wine roast recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 glass of dry red wine
  • 2 cups of water (tea)
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat a pressure cooker with oil over medium heat and fry the meat and onion until golden brown.
  2. Add the wine and let it evaporate for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the water, the meat stock, the tomatoes, the rosemary and season with salt.
  4. Cover and cook for 20 minutes after starting the pressure.
  5. Turn off and let the pressure release naturally.
  6. Open the pan, return to medium heat and cook for another 10 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  7. Transfer to a platter and serve, if desired, with white rice.
