Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 glass of dry red wine
- 2 cups of water (tea)
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 chopped tomato
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- Heat a pressure cooker with oil over medium heat and fry the meat and onion until golden brown.
- Add the wine and let it evaporate for 2 minutes.
- Add the water, the meat stock, the tomatoes, the rosemary and season with salt.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes after starting the pressure.
- Turn off and let the pressure release naturally.
- Open the pan, return to medium heat and cook for another 10 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Transfer to a platter and serve, if desired, with white rice.
