Less than a month until the launch of The flash, Warner Bros. has released a final trailer for the film, further piquing fans’ curiosity. The production, which hits theaters June 15, marks the return of Michael Keaton’s 1989 version of Batman, among other nostalgic and special appearances.
The clip, full of action and “speed”, shows Ezra Miller (Flash) in a journey through time, grappling with some versions of Batman. Keaton returns to the bat suit after a 30-year hiatus. In addition to him, Ben Affleck also returns in the hero’s skin: they will live the character in different timelines.

The flash will also see the return of Michael Shannon’s villainous General Zod. In a recent interview with Squirethe film’s director Andy Muschietti even revealed a shocking cameo: Nicolas Cage as Superman — yes, you read that right.
With so many appearances and returns, current DC boss James Gunn took advantage of this week to also take a pertinent doubt from a fan: I need to watch old Batman movies to understand The flash?
According to the director, no! “You don’t have to look at anything as long as you know Keaton’s Batman exists.”
The flash has finally come out of the DC oven after being postponed a few times due to the global crisis established with the pandemic and the controversies that have surrounded Miller, which have caused uncertainty about the continuation of production. The original launch was scheduled for November 2022.
It’s worth noting that the final trailer was released earlier in China, where the film is expected to arrive a day earlier than expected in other markets.
