It only made $384 million worldwide, but Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’s aura extends beyond its box office haul. Awarded the Oscar for best animated film in 2019, it is still considered the best adaptation of the little gem (whose influence can be felt on the recent Les Mitchells contre les cars and boots in boots or the upcoming Ninja Turtles) and adventure.
