Episode 10 of the Fast and Furious saga aired on May 17, with Vin Diesel ready to battle Colossus Jason Momoa!

However, did you know that the Fast and Furious franchise had two shorts? A little flashback to 2003. After the success of the first Fast and Furious, production is preparing the ground for 2 Fast 2 Furious, which should be released in 2004.

To transition between the two films, director Philip J. Atwell is responsible for directing the short film alongside Paul Walker and actress Minka Kelly. The story follows Brian O’Connor, after escaping, allowing Dominic Toretto to escape. Wanted by the FBI, he travels the United States and earns his living by participating in races.

The short film titled Turbo Charged Prelude is 6 minutes long and can be viewed below. It ends with “2 Be Continued,” which invites fans to wait for the return of Brian and his shiny cars.

As for the second short film, it was released in 2009. This time, the little film Los Bandoleros is directed, co-written and co-produced by Vin Diesel himself. It was created to coincide with the release of Fast and Furious 4.

This 20-minute short features Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Sung Kang, Tego Calderon, and Don Omar. The story follows Dominic Toretto and Hans in the Dominican Republic, who plan to steal oil. After carrying out his plan, Dom rejoins Letty to relax on the beach with a good beer. You can watch the short film below.
