It All Begins Here: What’s in store for Tuesday 30 May 2023 Episode 675 [SPOILERS]

Hortense sinks into the lie

Teissier is waiting for Hortense at the entrance of the institute. Informed by Mehdi, he worries that the young woman will continue to have bouts of bulimia. Hortense manages the situation with the support of her mother. The two manage to convince Teisier to continue teaching, coaching, and following his revisions normally.

Still, Hortense is very angry with Mehdi for telling Tessier about her problems. Her boyfriend admits to her great concern and the impression that she is in denial, which further annoys Hortense.

Later, Tessier summons Amber and Tom to the atelier after Theo complains about Double A’s service. At the end of the training, he finds that their plates are perfect. He understands that their problem is managing too fast a pace of service.

To practice them, Hortense challenges them to remove five plates of the same dish, allowing 30 seconds per plate. The result there is catastrophic. Hortense then gives them advice on how to improve and find a happy medium between dish accuracy and plate dressing. Teissier, who came back and observed their work in the 2nd year, is responsible for their work the next day as well. So Hortense is going to teach them to work on an assembly line.

In turn, Mehdi criticizes Teyssier for not taking the necessary measures to save Hortense. Chef Guinot takes care of the young man because he knows how hard it is to listen to yourself when you’re sick. But the director of the institute defends his position: he decided to treat Hortense as a responsible adult.

After which Claire goes to see Eugene at the infirmary to discuss Hortense’s case. The mother admits that she does not know if her daughter is honest, but she prefers to trust. She takes the opportunity to thank the chef for helping her daughter through her bulimia bouts last year. Today, he’s going to catch up and do whatever it takes to feel better.

Meanwhile, in the dressing room, Hortense realizes that her gums are bleeding. At the same time, Mehdi joins her to apologize. She swears to talk to him if she’s ever unwell…

Saying goodbye to Samia Institute

Samia announces to Miriel and Teyssier that she has been accepted at Villa Medici. Since the residency starts in a month, he feels he doesn’t need to take the year-end exams at the institute. Teissier accepts, then congratulates him, as he always knew he would go far.

The girl then goes to the studio to see Billy and Vicki. She admits she is eager to go to this professional residency, which will allow her to find her own kitchen and develop her own style, unlike the training offered at an institute.

At the end of the day, Samia drinks with her friends. Billy, Tom, Vicky, Axel – all present. Including Ethan, who eventually joins them. Everyone is happy and sad that Samia is leaving. Ethan takes her aside to find out if she would go to Rome even without them breaking up, which the young girl confirms to him. However, he wants to tell her that the relationship was very important to him. The two exes hug each other.

Iniesta has a surprise for David and Deva

In the park, David and Deva speculate about the worst punishment Iniesta could give them. To their surprise, Mater offers them lunch at Double A to celebrate their six-month anniversary. If David is still waiting for a trap during the meal, Deva urges him to seize the moment.

After dessert, the couple thanks Inesta for the delicious meal. As they prepare to leave, the latter detains them to punish them. He orders washing, then cleaning the basement, which is in a deplorable state. David and Deva are immediately disappointed.
