It All Begins Here: What’s in store for Wednesday 31st May 2023 Episode 676 [SPOILERS]

Hortense’s health is deteriorating

Hortense shows her gums to her mother, who discovers inflammation. Hortense also says she feels exhausted. Eugene advises him to take a day off, but he still prefers to go.

At the atelier, Hortense puts Ambre and Tom to work. Although they improve significantly thanks to her coaching, the young woman takes it upon herself to hide her discomfort. He still promises the two students that he will come and see them during his service at Double A.

Hortense then continues the class in her first year. He makes them work on Auguste Armand’s classic: John Dory with Black Sesame. But since she doesn’t want to make the recipe herself, Hortense assigns her sister to make it.

Vicki is not at all comfortable, but agrees anyway and crashes in front of everyone. Instead of taking it last, Hortense declares her lesson over and secludes herself in a corner of the workshop. Vicki joins him and tells him that she felt humiliated because she missed the recipe in front of her classmates. At the same time, Hortense is dizzy. She apologizes to her sister and admits that she didn’t want to teach the lesson.

Vicky takes care of her sister and brings her mother back to check on her. Her blood pressure is too low, Hortense finally agrees to get some rest. Meanwhile, Vicky and Eugene are having dinner together. The latter uses the opportunity to thank the younger for taking care of the older. She adds that she probably neglected him as a child without realizing it because he always had a tendency to land on her feet. Vic is touched that his mother recognizes him. Eugene then declares that he loves her as much as Hortense, and then takes her in his arms.

After resting, Hortense goes to see Tom and Amber at Double A as promised. Theo congratulates him as his two clerks have done very well. If he has other problems with other members of the brigade, he now knows he can count on Hortense for help. This is admirable.

Later, Mehdi goes to see Hortense at her dorm. The young woman expresses her pride in helping Tom and Amber. All of a sudden he gets a strong pain in his heart and asks Mehdi to go and get his mother…

Solal is depressed

In the dressing room, Solal tells Lionel that Rose doubted her feelings for him and therefore decided to end their collaboration on the book. The young man is upset. At the same time, Lionel feels he needs to move on.

In turn, Rose informs her sister that she took her advice about Solal. She then confides in him that the young man’s attention to her has at least allowed her to open her eyes to the state of her couple, which is not in good shape. Optimistic Clotilda advises her husband to offer things to get them out of their routine.

Returning home, Rose offers Antoine to go to lunch together. The latter, who is overwhelmed with work, thought of eating with Suleiman in the cafeteria instead. Rose then offers to join them. But the husband doesn’t really listen to her, distracted by the phone call. When Suleiman comes to fetch her father, Rose leaves.

Later, Solali goes to the vegetable garden and asks Suleiman for advice. He takes the opportunity to talk to her about the stress of the exams. Suleiman notices that the tension is returning to the teachers and tells them that Antoine is overwhelmed, which makes Rose very upset. Solal tries to find out more. Thus, he learns that he is completely disturbed by the attitude of his companion, which is not at all in his habits.

Axel receives a heavy inheritance

Emmanuelle joins Axel in the kitchen to give him a case of Japanese knives that Auguste Armand gave him during the exams. He thinks Augustus would like to use it. Axel is touched and embarrassed.

Later, Axel cooks with Solal in the studio and uses his new knives. But he has a bad feeling when using them and feels blocked. Solal completely understands her reaction, considering the pressure this vessel puts on her.

In turn, Jasmine suggests that Amber and Tom hold revision sessions together. But it is difficult for her to find a free slot because of her mother’s responsibilities. Amber realizes that things are more difficult for her in the absence of Greg and Elliot. So he decides to talk about Rose.

The headmaster comes to see Jasmine at the studio and offers to keep Nael so she can join her classmates in their revision sessions. Jasmine accepts with relief.
