Sidney Magal suffers a cerebral hemorrhage; inform the new medical bulletin

Sidney Magal72 years old, had a cerebral hemorrhage, informed this Tuesday 30, the Hospital do Coração (Hcor), in the southern area of ​​São Paulo, where the singer is hospitalized.

According to the bulletin released by the hospital, he had “thalamic bleeding,” that is, “acute spontaneous bleeding into the brain, often related to high blood pressure.” The doctors caring for the artist also reported that she has not undergone sequels.

Despite the singer’s son, Rodrigo Magalhaeshaving told O Globo newspaper last Monday, 29, that he could be discharged this Tuesday, the medical bulletin highlights that there is still no forecast for Magal to leave hospital.

“The patient Mr. Sidney Magal is in good clinical condition. After carrying out the diagnostic tests, a small thalamic bleeding was found (spontaneous acute cerebral hemorrhage, often related to arterial hypertension). The episode did not bring any sequelae to the patient. The patient was under observation for 72 hours in the intensive care unit, showed good progress and, from now on, will continue to be monitored by the medical teams of the Hcor hospitalization department, with no provision for hospital discharge”.
