Wandinha season 2 will come with everything on Netflix: This time, Jenna Ortega will have some changes in her story.
Wandinha, soon, will arrive for its new season, in this case the second. hero Jenna Ortega AND popular and critical success, the series will come with quite a change for fans. The creators of Wandinha have stated that they will change one important fact about Ortega’s character, also present in the cast of “X – The Mark of Death”.
The series – that it had gothic (and underlined!) costumes as its trademark – is based on the Addams Family franchise, however, has brought a different proposition, this time with Latino origins. Now, Miles Millar and Al Goug, co-creators of Wandinha, want to explore this representation further.
In other words, audiences of the series will see more of this Wanda’s origin from the series. In an interview with IndieWire, Miles stated that he will be exploring her creation. In his words:
“It’s so rare to find an iconic character of this stature. We really tried to find ways to do it authentically. What did Wandinha listen to when growing up? What does Gomez listen to [Luis Guzmán] would he play?”, exemplified.
Miles also said they will benefit from their own experience of Jenna Ortega, artist of Latin originsfor this upcoming change of season.
