HPI on TF1: By the way, what is an ashram?

It’s been almost a month since Audrey Floro made her big comeback on TF1 during the HPI season 3 broadcast. In a new twist in this episode, Morgan Alvaro, who has decided to distance himself from Lily’s DIPJ, once again teams up with Karadek (Mehdi Nebibu) to investigate each other’s crazy cases. Like episode 4, it airs this Thursday, May 31 at 9:10pm on TF1.

Entitled Benford’s Law, this new opus takes place the day after the events at the end of Episode 3. A night with Timothy (Jeremy Levin), barely awake Morgan is called to the scene of the crime.

A certain Ivan Desfard was found dead on the side of the road. Their investigation takes a new turn when the team discovers that the victim belonged to a community of hermits who live together in an ashram. But who could blame the victim? Karadek will have to distinguish between true and false with the help of Morgan.

What is an ashram?

At the time of his death, six months had passed since Ivan Desfard, the victim of HPI Season 3 Episode 4, had joined the ashram. An important element for the two investigators, who believe that his desire to reach the heart of this lost place may have something to do with his death.

By the way, what is an ashram? According to Larus, an ashram is a hermitage intended for spiritual exercises, in which a guru lives with his disciples. It is often found in isolated places, in the forest or in the mountains.

The wise man and his disciples, most often from the Hindu religion, seek union with God in solitude and inner peace, away from the distractions and excitement of the world. Ashrams are places that are open and accessible to everyone.

People of all ages and religions can come and visit the ashram and decide to stay there as long as they want. Thus, the Ashram is not a sectarian movement, even if there may be excesses at times.

Catch the new HPI Season 3 Episode 4 this Thursday, June 1, from 9:10pm on TF1. For the most impatient, all episodes are now available for preview on the MyTF1 Max platform.
