Amazon Prime Video prepares its secret weapon against Heartstopper: Red, White and Blue Bloods, the long-awaited adaptation of the bestselling novel


Just a week later, Amazon Prime Video will release another highly anticipated adaptation: Red, White and Blue Bloods hits the platform on August 11th.

Romance fans are in luck: this summer we will not only have the second season of Heartstopper, but also the film of Red, White and Blue Bloods, an adaptation that Amazon Prime Video is preparing and which has finally revealed its official poster.

On August 3, the second season of Heartstopper, the wonderful series based on the comics by Alice Oseman, will arrive on Netflix. Just a week later, Amazon Prime Video will release another highly anticipated adaptation: Red, White, and Blood Blue will hit the platform on August 11th.

The film will adapt Casey McQuiston’s novel of the same name, a true bestseller in young adult literature. The film tells the story of Alex, the son of the President of the United States, and Henry, a member of the British royal family. The two begin to hate each other, but it doesn’t take long for a spark to strike between them.




The cast is led by Taylor Zakhar Perez (The Kissing Booth 2) and Nicholas Galitzine (the prince from Camila Cabello’s Cinderella) as Alex and Henry, respectively. Other big names in the supporting cast include Uma Thurman, Stephen Fry and Sarah Shahi.
