Marvel Strikes the Hammer: Major Hero will return to the big screen

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse hits theaters this week, but the character news doesn’t stop there. Spiderman 4 (the live-action version) will bring back Tom Holland and Zendaya and is still in development by Sony.

In an interview with VarietySony Pictures executive Amy Pascal said the studio is developing a fourth Spider-Man film with Holland and Zendaya, but that the process has been suspended due to the writers’ strike.

We are working on it, but during the writers’ strike nobody works. We are all supporting and so are they [os roteiristas] if you organize yourself, we will start.

What will the film be about?

There is little information about what Spiderman 4 will be treated.

In February of this year, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige had already stated that the long story was set, but did not reveal details. He just said that there are “big ideas” and that the authors are “putting them all on paper right now.”
