Tom Hanks gave an interview to the American newspaper The New Yorker and made an unusual revelation: the actor has been in some movies that he hated. For him, it’s all about maintaining faith in the process, but sometimes even that doesn’t lead to a good outcome.

Winner of two Oscars, for Philadelphia (1993) and Forrest Gump (1994), Tom Hanks admitted that he’s “been in some self-hating movies.”
And the actor is sincere: he said he knew the interviewer had already seen his films that he hated.
fate sealed
Talking about the filmmaking process, Tom Hanks said that it is something complex and the work is recorded in parts. Therefore, there’s no way to know if the final product will be good or bad during filming.
He also stressed that being on a construction site means trusting the process and the collaborators. Also, you have to hope that, like him, everyone is doing their best. “You have to have faith and hope,” he said.
Even so, there’s no way to know what might happen: Hanks argues that once a contract is signed, there’s no going back.
Your fate is sealed. When you see the completed film, one of two things happens: either it works and it’s exactly the film you wanted to make; or it doesn’t work and has nothing to do with what you imagined.
