A smart child surrounded by fairy tales, a complicated teenager crushed by someone else’s gaze, a woman confronted with her own femininity… They have been told since childhood that true love will solve all problems. But what if he was the ultimate source?

Far from being isolated, Zelma (voiced by Dagmara Dominczyk) has many women in her career, starting with director Signe Baumann. “I have been married twice and both marriages have collapsed dramatically,” he says. I wanted to show how social structures and hierarchies are reflected in neural connections and the alchemy that happens when you fall in love or fall out of love. By articulating my personal story around scientific findings, I hope to help women explore their own intimate relationships.
