The man cuts off his ears and feigns torture to return to Mato Grosso with his ex

Police discovered the man’s internet searches about cropped ears and scratching. He will answer for the crime of denunciation for slander

A man was discovered by the Civil Police after simulating tortula and having his ears cut off to return with his ex, in Confresa, in Mato Grosso. He allegedly claimed to have been kidnapped, but during the investigation the authorities unmasked him and he was indicted for the crime of defamatory reporting.

The fake kidnapping allegedly took place on May 29. As informed by the Police, the team received a tape of the victim reporting that, at approximately 7.30pm, she was seized by four hooded people, who loaded her into a Golf and drove her into a wooded area.

There, the attackers allegedly cut off the man’s ears during a torture session and then released him downtown. A suspicious person reported by the false victim was initially investigated.

During the investigation, the authorities ascertained that on the same day of the alleged crime, the man searched the internet with the terms ‘how to cut off a dog’s ear’; ‘how to cut off a man’s ear’ and ‘what are the dangers’. On the same night he allegedly mutilated himself and two days later he tried to report that he had been subjected to torture.

The police also discovered that the man had marital problems and had mutilated himself to pity his former partner, thus trying to resume the relationship.

Last Tuesday, 6, the team concluded the case, and the man will answer for the crime of slanderous denunciation. The penalty can be up to eight years in prison.

“The Civil Police warns that false communication before police bodies is a crime and hinders the conduct of important cases of serious crimes such as murder, rape, trafficking, among others,” delegate Victor Donizete de Oliveira said in a statement. .
