Season 3 of The Witcher is especially awaited by fans. First, because the previous one particularly pissed them off, and secondly, because this will be Henry Cavill’s last Witcher costume.
But before going on other adventures, the actor did his best to make this season 3 as faithful as possible to the world of Andrzej Sapkowski. It will fit A time of disgust, in which Ciri (Freya Allan) continues her Witcher training with Geralt and Yennefer (Anna Chalotra). The trailer shows that the young girl has developed well and that she can defeat the monster using her sword.
But the noose tightens around him and danger lurks… Ciri’s forces draw greed between Nilfgaard and the North, who must unite to capture King Emhir. And Yennefer could play a very important role in that. A young woman who manages to get close to Geralt despite his betrayal has a lot to prove, both to the White Wolf and to fans of the books who didn’t get what she did in season two.
Netflix will release part 1 on June 29th and the next part on July 27th. Between these two salvos, the wait will be long…
