Un Si Grand Soleil preview: Wednesday 14 June 2023 episode recap [SPOILERS]

Lorin finds out why

Janet is especially stressed because she has to talk to Lorin today. As the young woman’s father threatens to sue them, Janet has to calm things down.

Passing Lauryn in the corridors of the hospital, Janet takes the opportunity to tell her that there was a small misunderstanding between them. When she reminds him that she asked him to quit her job anyway, Janet makes him believe that she only did it for his own good. Ironically, Dr. Lewis even goes so far as to tell her that he feels too strongly about continuing to work with Dr. Cresson after all that has happened. And let’s add that if he has other problems at work, he does not hesitate to come and see.

Janet then calls Evan. After checking, she informs him that Lauryn will be staying in the ward. Therefore, Evan immediately realizes that he was under pressure from the hospital management. If Janet admits that the story has put the establishment in a delicate position, however, he insists that the most important thing is to avoid prosecution. Hearing this, Evan thanks his boss for warning him. When she asks if the situation will be manageable for him, Evan replies that he will handle it.

Meanwhile, Mark struggles to get over his breakup with Chloe. A depressed journalist confides in Jacques that he’s sure Chloe is back with her husband only because someone shot her. He said he made a bad choice and will eventually come back. Jacques then advises him to move on, but Marc can’t.

In the evening, Evan tells his wife that Lorin is going to stay at work. As she is seriously considering changing wards or even hospitals to avoid the tension, Chloe confirms that this is not a problem for her. Since he’s already slept with her, he can’t see what could be worse. Therefore, Chloe is not worried, especially since their couple is indestructible.

Not far from there, Lauryn is happy to have won her case. However, Boris urges her not to bring her back to her father too much. He said he wouldn’t appreciate her calling lawyers to save him.

Claire’s behavior worries Florent

At dawn, Claire receives a call from Helen, who informs her that she has found something strange in the accounts of the savages. In 2022, there were about 10,000 euros in cash receipts per month. From 2023, it has increased to €15,000, which is inconsistent, as Victor always told his daughter that attendance was down. So, Helen wonders if she herself would get cash from the stolen computers they found in her building. On the other hand, Helen finds Ulysses and Alix in the workshop. Alix then takes the opportunity to tell them that she has found the owner to hide their painting. When Florent points out that it’s illegal, Claire replies that she has no choice. This is her only way to find out if her ex-friend is kidnapping her father. For Florent, he has to go to the police, but he refuses to go there without proof. Concerned, she starts as his behavior is really starting to scare her.
