“I think it would be a mistake to recall the lives of these men and everything that happened in the country after 25 years. It was very difficult for many, 25 years of Conservative government and austerity, emphasized by Robert Carlyle. Simon It brilliantly balances comedy and tragedy. It’s something very difficult to do.”

“There are things that make you laugh and others that make you cry, that’s part of the rich tapestry of life.” Finish Mark Eddy. The opinion was also shared by his co-star Leslie Sharp, who applauds the work of the writers of the series: “That’s one of the great things about Simon and Alice , They don’t shy away from writing about darker and more difficult subjects, but they do it with heart and kindness.”
