The imbroglio began in February 2022, when the former employee sued Justice for not receiving a proposed settlement. The case takes place in the 53rd Labor Court in Rio de Janeiro and the hearing is scheduled for the end of the year.
According to the lawsuit, the former cook is seeking more than R$76,000 in compensation for labor rights. The singer can resort to a fine for the alleged breach.
So far, Juliette’s advisory has not commented.
