Pinocchio will be released on Disney+ streaming this September; check premiere date
Pinocchio is one of the great classics of Disney, and is an adaptation of the book by the Italian writer Carlo Collodi. The story will return to the big screen in 2022, in a live action starring Tom Hanks and has just won its first official poster and teaser trailer.
The preview shows figures like Jiminy Cricket and Tom Hanks’ Gepetto and the magical universe of Pinocchio. The production reaches Disney+ on September 8, 2022.

Directed by Robert Zemeckis, known for the movies Forrest Gump – The Storyteller (1994) and Back to the future (1985), the live-action will retell the story of the wooden puppet who embarks on an adventure to become a real boy.
The film stars Tom Hankswhich will give life to Geppetto. Already Benjamin Evan Ainsworth (The Curse of Bly Manor) will dub the Pinocchio. In addition to them, they are also part of the cast. Cynthia Erivo, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Luke Evans, Keegan-Michael Key,Lorraine Bracco and more.
