The final exam is derailed

Everyone meets on the station platform. Jasmine is afraid to get close to her ex and Thibaut, but she can count on Eliot’s support. Meanwhile, Axel and Amber are upset, but not for the same reasons. Rose takes the +1s with her as she climbs aboard, while the Brigs join Tessier and Leroy.

Leroy presents the layout of the wagons to the brigades. After the lounge car is the kitchen and then the dining car. Thibault, who is next to his father, looks at Jasmine. He approaches her as soon as he gets the chance, quite happy to see her again. So he’s surprised that he’s so quick to distance himself.

Leroy then announces what the third test consists of: each brigade must present a menu that includes a starter, main course and dessert. The only restriction is to use only raw products. They have three hours.

When the train leaves, the trio will change in the kitchen. If Jasmine prefers to ignore Axel, she instead wants to resume the dialogue. He declares his great love to a young girl, and then takes her in his arms. But Jasmine stands aside and declares that it is too late for their relationship. The pair are interrupted by Elliot, who has arrived to warn Axel that the ordeal is about to begin. He makes a short stop in the lounge car to comfort Jasmine.

The test is on. Each crew is under stress, especially since they have to cook in a limited and moving space. Lionel takes the role of team leader very seriously and advises his partners to bet on communication.

Meanwhile, the guests enjoy the restaurant car, where Thibault arrives to bring glasses of champagne. Kelly, Deva and Solal try to find out more about the atmosphere in the kitchen, but Thibault can’t reveal anything to them. However, he says he met Jasmine at a coffee shop a while ago.

In the kitchen, Ambre worries: her closeness to Axel, as well as Jasmine’s coldness towards her. The latter goes to the back of the kitchen where he meets Thibo who has come to bring an appetizer. He takes the opportunity to encourage the young woman. Seeing them from a distance, Axel bursts with jealousy.

Tasting begins in the restaurant car. Elliot presents his menu inspired by travel and local terroir. Then it’s Lionel’s turn to opt for bold flavors and textures instead.

At nightfall, Teissier announces the results. The director of the institute declares Lionel’s brigade as the big winner. He personally congratulates the 3rd year and admits that he has become a great leader. Lionel is very proud of himself.

Axel takes the opportunity to whisper bravo in Jasmine’s ear. Annoyed, he walks away a little. Thibault in turn comes over to greet him, then tries to understand his distant behavior. Jasmine takes him with her in the lounge car. Meanwhile, Rose enlists Amber and Elliot’s help in the kitchen to bring champagne. Still as jealous, Axel asks Solal where Jasmine and Thibaut went. This is how he will know that something happened between them recently.

As the train passes through the tunnel, Jasmine explains to Thibaut the situation in which she finds herself between Axel and Amber. However, he admits that they enjoyed their night together. They are kissing again, Axel suddenly interrupted. The latter holds him in his hand and hits Thibault in the face. As the two boys begin to fight, Enzo and Joachim take turns getting into the car to try to separate them.

There is a landslide outside. As the train exits the tunnel, it hits a rock that has fallen on the tracks. The cars move apart as the train crosses the bridge. Suddenly, the front part of the train deviates from the trajectory and falls into the ravine. In the lounge car, Jasmine gives Axel a hand…

Anais leaves Theo in the kitchen

In the studio, Charlene, Livio and Anais are working on their master’s project. The latter is accompanied by Theo, with whom he exchanges ideas to improve his concept. Listrak then comes over to lend a hand to the students and give them his opinion on their dish. He first tries Livio’s plate, whose tomato-mozzarella-basil combination is very classic. He then tastes a plate of Anais, very impressed by the mustard praline ice cream.

Later, Olivia makes sure she didn’t demoralize Livio with her comments. The young man emphasizes that he is not helped by the boss, as in the case of Anais.

Therefore, in the park, Olivia warns Anais: according to the chef, it would be better for the young woman to break up with her boyfriend to prepare her project alone. That way, he will prevent certain people from thinking that Theo is behind his ideas.

In the afternoon, Theo returns to the atelier to continue helping Anais with the project. This makes her realize that she has to continue being single so that people don’t believe, especially Charlene and Livio, that she has the upper hand. Theo understands.
