My first appearance on Netflix: Team Ben or Team Paxton? Devi’s answer will surprise you!

Two weeks after its release on Netflix, Season 4 of My First Times is still at the top of the platform’s most-watched programs. The success of the series imagined by Mindy Kaling does not dry up, even if it is stopped forever. In the latest episode, Dave decides between Paxton (Darren Barnett) and Ben. And his choice ultimately falls on his lifelong nemesis, played by Jaren Lewison.

But what does his translator really think? We asked Maitreyi Ramakrishnan a question on the red carpet at the TUDUM event held in São Paulo on June 17. And her answer – very girl power – pleasantly surprised us:

“In answering this question, I have been deceiving people for a long time, constantly changing teams. But hey now, I’ll be honest… me neither. I really like both of these characters, but if I had to choose Dave, I’d say he goes to Princeton and meets someone. I can’t choose between Ben and Paxton when I’m convinced. I’m Team Devi all the way.“

Indeed, it’s a safe bet that our hero will fall, have a great meeting at Princeton, and fall in love… a new adventure that we probably won’t see on screen, even if fans are campaigning to see a sequel. It must be said that the final answer (“I return the antenna. now”) was enough to raise suspicions.

In other words, don’t imagine two former enemies ending up together. Either way, one thing is for sure, Season 5 of My First Time is absolutely not relevant for Netflix, nor is a spin-off.
