“Mission Impossible to 80”: Tom Cruise’s crazy dream

Is retirement impossible for Tom Cruise? Not so long ago, the next part of Mission: Impossible (split into two films) was announced as the end of the saga that began in 1996. But everything seems to have changed.

At its world premiere in Rome last month, director and screenwriter Christopher McQuarrie hinted that he had more ideas. Today, the translator of Ethan Hunt follows in his footsteps, for example, the last Indiana Jones.

Harrison Ford is a legend”he told her Sydney Morning Herald. “I hope I can keep it up with me. I have another 20 years to catch up with him. I hope I can make Mission: Impossible movies before he’s old.”

I have 20 more years to catch Harrison Ford

A pious desire accompanied by a desire to enter a little more into Hollywood legend that still risks a physical obstacle. As Tom Cruise tries to make each Mission: Impossible even crazier than the last (and Dead Reckoning is no exception), how far can he go?

Meanwhile, the seventh installment of the franchise hits our theaters this Wednesday, July 12. And the eighth is currently scheduled for June 26, 2024.
