Seth MacFarlane went on to point out that he was friends with the creator of the Fox series., Matt Groening, as well as other big names on the show like Al Jean, Mike Reiss, and Mike Scully. It is clear from the things MacFarlane has said about the show that he appreciates what has been done to animation and how that has paved the way for future shows such as family man.
Although the actor and the writer did not work The Simpsonsthe series had a crossover with family man in 2014. “The Simpsons Guy” featured characters meeting in what appears to be a once-in-a-lifetime event, with MacFarlane providing the voices of his regular characters such as Brian, Stewie and Peter.
