Netflix has released a video on its social networks in which it presents the scenarios and concept art of the new live-action series of “One Piece”.
The video is presented by Iñaki Godoy, who will play Luffy in the series, and by series showrunners Steven Maeda and Matt Owens.

The plot of the anime and manga follows a group of pirates led by Monkey D. Luffy. The boy, who has an elastic body, has as life goals to become “the King of the Pirates”. But for this he must find the legendary ‘One Piece’, a mysterious treasure capable of making him unbeatable, according to the legends.
Currently, the “One Piece” anime has all seasons available on Crunchyroll and up to episode 130 on Netflix, dubbed in Brazilian Portuguese. The manga, according to one of the editors in an interview, is “near the end”.
The live-action “One Piece”, which will take place in South Africa, is in the process of recording.
