Father Silvio has heart disease

Christoph has a nightmare in which he plays the role of a priest. As he prays in front of the church altar, Father Silvio comes up behind him and hits him with a syringe. After that, the vet wakes up at the start.

Later, Kristoff reads an article about a veterinarian who was charged with failing to report animal abuse. To protect himself, he asks for professional secrecy. As Kristoff wants to know if his colleague can really get away with it, Cecile explains to him that he can always call it, but that it’s the magistrate who will judge whether it’s in line with victim protection. When he asks him about the professional secrecy of priests, Cecil answers that the Republic does not recognize the secret of confession.

Then Christophe calls Father Silvio. After he apologizes for not calling her after leaving in a hurry, the vet confides that he’s not doing well at the moment. So the priest orders him to come to the church for discussion, which Christophe accepts.

After warning Cecile that he was going to be home late, Kristoff apologizes to her for all the times he’s made her miserable. And let me add that she is everything to him.

At the church, Father Silvio makes Christoph realize that he can speak with confidence. However, the vet fears he’ll change his mind once he hears what she’s saying. Despite this, the priest assures that he will not betray until he feels unpleasant. Immediately, Christophe alerts the emergency services. In Samu’s truck, which is taking Father Silvio to the hospital, doctors work to resuscitate him, but apparently to no avail.

Distrust is his paroxysm in the commission office

In the morning, Superintendent Becker calls Prosecutor Bernier to tell him about the interview published in the Midi Libre. It must be said that the police officer was surprised by his remarks, especially since he believed that despite the circumstances, he fulfilled his mission to the best of his ability. If the prosecutor does not doubt his good faith, on the other hand, he emphasizes that this operation should have been ensured. Even if Becker admits it didn’t end well, he still thinks it’s unfair to fire him until the investigation is complete. Bernier then instructs him to keep a low profile pending the investigation, as if he continues to hold his hierarchy accountable, he risks alienating the entire prefecture. Only, Becker has no intention of admitting anything that would please the adults.

Doubts abound in the police department. Indeed, Elysee is convinced that Thierry is responsible for Vincent’s death because he destroyed vital evidence and leaked Vincent Garand’s past to the press. At the same time, Nora listens carefully to the conversation. Uncomfortable, he locks himself in the toilet.

Meanwhile, Maeva thinks about her cousin’s grave in Robin’s presence. As she tries to recover from his death, Robin tries to cheer her up and offers to help her in the competition. Unfortunately, the teenager has no head for it.

For his part, Mark continues to investigate Karine and Maeva’s expulsion and goes to the superintendent to get his opinion on the matter. Although he refuses to comment on the ongoing investigation, the journalist tells him that the expulsion happened a few days after the court decision. However, it usually takes six months before the prefecture decides on an intervention date.

At the same time, Akim receives a call from Thierry. At the edge of the IGPN, after being charged, a police officer seeks support from his colleagues. Without knowing it, Akim puts him on Nora’s trail.

Not far from there, Louis, Kira, Robin, Enzo and Tais are having dinner with Estrella-Grachai. Quickly, the discussion revolves around Vincent’s death. For Cresson’s son, Commissioner Becker is responsible for this tragedy. Words that do not please Enzo at all, who is protecting his grandfather. When tempers rise, Kira moves to ease the tension.
