SNLG11 Resumes Dividend Payments in July; I wait

The real estate fund (FII) Suno Logística, o SNLG11will pay dividends of R$ 0.35 per share in July.

With this, SNLG11 resumes its distribution of proceeds, which last occurred in mid-February this year.

Also, the payout yield is close to 1%.

According to information from Suno Asset, SNLG11 ended June with a shareholder base of 3,300.

You dividends of Suno’s funds are traditionally announced on the 15th of each month and paid out on the 25th, with the exception of SNAG11 which is eventually released on earlier days.

When either of these two dates is not a business day (holidays and holidays), the payment or disclosure is brought forward to the previous business day.

Understand the “pause” in dividends

As announced on previous occasions, the FII had contractual problems which prevented it from paying the returns.

This, considering that when the old MGLG11 was set up, the market momentum was positive for real estate funds in general, this window has closed.

The fund was therefore unable to make further financing, being prevented from realizing the projects and pipelines outlined by the former manager.

This period followed the switch between the assets that managed the fund, leaving Mogno Capital, where it was called MGLG11, for Suno Asset, where the fund was renamed FII Suno Logística (SUNO LOG FUNDO DE INVESTIMENTO IMOBILIÁRIO).

The name change took place on February 13.

One of the changes has been in the fund’s mandate, which has moved from logistics to hybrid. This means that the fund increases investment and income generation opportunities, being able to invest not only in industrial and logistics buildings, but also in offices, supermarkets, hotels, among others.

In addition, the change of mandate also provides that up to 10% of the equity of the SNLG11 can be assigned to real estate financial stocks, such as CRI and LCI.
