It All Begins Here: What’s in store for Tuesday 18th July 2023 Episode 710 [SPOILERS]

On Tuesday, July 18, it all starts here…

Jasmine is suspicious of Richard

Axel and Jasmine visit Lucia’s interior, which is very different in decor and atmosphere from other Auguste Armani restaurants. Everything is functional, including the kitchens, where Richard has already recruited a former student of the institute to work on the menu.

And surprise: it’s waiting! The young woman has since regained her sight thanks to a retinal implant. He claims Louis doesn’t know about him being here. Richard hired him for his knowledge of the cuisine of Auguste Armand, who had already created a menu for the restaurant.

Axel looks around and sees that there is still a lot of work to be done. Richard mentions that the restaurant is opening in ten days. To make this possible, he planned to train Axel with Elodie this summer. Lionel and Jasmine also support him.

After which Axel and Jasmin go for a walk outside. A young girl confides in her lover her suspicions about Richard. She advises him to check whether the official documents regarding the inheritance are genuine.

So Axel asks Richard to see the documents. He hands them over to him. Axel discovers that everything is in order and in his name. In addition, he discovers a letter written by Augustus with his last reference. Axel then tries to find out more. Richard tells how it happened three years ago…

Auguste had just heard that he didn’t have much time due to heart problems. A few weeks before his death, he was going to open Lucia. No one but Richard knew. Auguste confided in her the existence of the son he had with Lucy, whom he abandoned at birth. He searched in vain, then he promised his friend that he would find her in her place and do everything to bring Lucy back to him.

Meanwhile, Jasmine and Lionel are going through Richard’s things, looking for anything suspicious. They manage to consult his emails on his computer and come across a document that they take a picture of.

Jasmine then confronts Richard about the email and accuses him of owning shares in the restaurant. Richard explains that he took a loan from the bank to support Lucy for three years, but he has no share in the restaurant. Anyway, Axel saw the documents for himself. Richard understands that Jasmine is worried. With full knowledge of the facts, Axel decides to accept the inheritance.

At the Institute, Louis arranges for Rose and Clotilde to meet in the park. He highlights Axel’s absence, then reveals that Axel is at the restaurant that Auguste Armand bequeathed to him. He knows everything, including the identity of Axel’s mysterious savior, who would be none other than Richard, their father’s friend. However, Armand’s sisters do not know him. Either way, Louis is going to lift the curtain on this story…

Salome receives two applications for summer internships

In Institute Park, Leonard tells Salome that he has decided to enroll Maya in a summer course. Salome accompanies him to fill out the registration files. By the way, Leonard specifies that Maya, unlike him, has given up on cooking a little, but Salome remains positive and remembers that the course is also designed for beginners.

Later, Salome meets Claire and tells her about her two summer internship recruits, who turn out to be old friends of her family. Leonard has CAP and has always dreamed of cooking, while Maya rarely exercises. But Salome really wants to give him a chance.

At the coffee shop, Salome finds Leonard and Maya to give them their schedule. Maya realizes that Leonardo enrolled in summer camp without telling her. Leonard insists on agreeing to an internship with him, especially since they can work in a coffee shop and save money as they planned. Maya finally allows herself to be persuaded.

Leonard and Maya tour the institute. Salome comes to make sure they like the place. Maya says she understands better why she left them when she came to this school. Salome hopes that the relationship with Maya will work out, unlike the latter, who always remains distant and reserved.

Anais shines even without Theo

Teissier goes to see Anais in the kitchen. He dreads the journalist’s arrival at Double A. The director of the institute will then remind him of all his qualities and abilities. He has full confidence in her.

In the afternoon, Tom meets a famous journalist and puts him at the table. Anais joins him to show off the menu, with all the dishes created by Theo. But the journalist wants to discover Anais’ kitchen.

The young woman accepted the challenge and offered him a vegetable burgundy. After the tasting, the journalist says a word to Anais: on paper, she was not really seduced, but the dish managed to surprise her with its unexpected flavors.

After work, Anais takes care of tidying and cleaning the kitchens. Theo is finally back. Anais tells him how the service went. At the same time, Teissier returned to see him with a journalist’s article. The headline reads: “Young chef to follow in 2023, Anais Grimbert, takes away Vattel prize at Institut Auguste Armand.”

Anais is shocked at how the journalist puts her in competition with Theo. Teissier replies that it’s just a way to create buzz. She advises the couple to cover up or stop cooking together because they will be constantly compared by others. Finally, he congratulates Anais for a job well done and confirms that he no longer has any reason to doubt her.
