“Barbenheimer”: “I would do anything with Greta Gerwig!” says Emily Blunt

While Internet users unite rival productions through the combination of “Barbie” and “Oppenheimer”, the Barbenheimer phenomenon brings the two casts ever closer together. Some ‘Oppenheimer’ actors have expressed interest in participating in a future ‘Barbie’ sequel.

Cillian Murphy, Matt Damon and Emily Blunt were asked if they would take on the challenge of joining the cast of “Barbie 2,” and the response was unanimous and yes. “Would I play a Ken in Barbie 2? Yes of course! Send me that script, let’s talk about it,” Murphy said.

‘Barbie’ vs ‘Oppenheimer’ – who wins?

As much as box office competition is the goal of any filmmaker, the cast of “Oppenheimer” is keen to emphasize that there is no internal comparison between the productions, encouraging audiences to see the two films.
