Axel makes a shocking discovery
Jasmine and Lionel talk to Axel about the door they thought was locked until they see Richard coming out. Jasmine advises her boyfriend to be vigilant.
In the kitchen, Elodie is surprised to see how well Louis is getting along with his brothers and sisters, whereas the day before she wanted Lucy for herself. Louis admits that he ends up being impressed as part of the Armand clan, and it does him a favor.
Feeling guilty, Elodie talks about it with Richard. But the latter doesn’t want to hear anything because they made a deal. At the same time Axel joins them waiting in the kitchen to ask. Richard acts as if nothing happened.
The Armands present their dish to Rose, who is absolutely won over. Then he suggests a beach vacation. Axel makes sure to put everything in the kitchen and join them later. Jasmine is interested in his decision. After being alone with her, Axel tells her about the strange relationship she made up between Richard and Elodie. He encourages his girlfriend to go to the beach with the others while he stays behind to find out what lies behind the mysterious door.
On the beach, Jasmine fights for pleasure as she worries about Axel. He takes the opportunity to ask Rose about her feelings for Richard. He admits that he trusts him.
Meanwhile, Axel manages to pick the lock on the door. He discovers Auguste’s office. Richard is there and apologizes for not showing the place earlier. Axel sees a framed photo on his desk: it’s his mother and father.
Axel then sits in his father’s chair. It’s as if she feels his presence. Looking through the drawers, she discovers that one of them has a false bottom. Inside, he finds a USB drive. Richard immediately connects it to the computer. The key contains hundreds of audio tracks.
Richard opens one at random. We hear the voice of Augustus. The latter claims to value his life. He considers Lucy his true love, but also his greatest regret. He continues to think about the child they had together. But he’s losing hope of finding her in time because he’s just discovered that one of his relatives has poisoned him and he’s running out of time…
Leticia gets the job she wants
Still annoyed, Laetitia doesn’t show enthusiasm when Zachary and Kelly talk about the pop-up. However, he eavesdrops on their conversation and learns that Tom really doesn’t want to do the service. But Zachary is not going to change his organization.
At the Institute, Tom challenges Landiras about his job. The student hopes to take turns in the kitchen because he fears he will fall behind the others by the start of the school year. But Landiras has no desire to roll over.
Tom decides to build a brigade. During the service, Zachary is obliged to replace him and juggles between kitchens and customers. On the brink of disaster, he meets Laetitia and asks for help. He accepts on the condition that she begs him.
At the end of the service, Zachary thanks Laetitia for her precious help and apologizes for the comments he made the day before. He also offers to make her the official pop-up waitress. Laetitia is delighted. As Zachary heads to Economat to cash out his stock, Tom comes to see Letitia to make sure their deal worked. The executive assistant announces to Tom that he has found an internship at a restaurant for the summer. Instead, it can take its place in a pop-up window. Tom thanks him.
Salome wants to help Maya
Salome drinks coffee in a coffee shop before starting the day. Gaitan tells him how Leonardo managed the day before. That’s how he found out that Maya had a blockage in the kitchen after Salome left the house. Then the young woman wants to find a way to help her ex-boyfriend overcome this blockage.
At the institute, Salome looks over the work plans of her students, who she asked to make a floating island. She congratulates Ethan on his work and the personal touch he brought to this dessert. Seeing Maya staring, Ethan offers her a taste, then in return. She notices that Maya doesn’t overexert herself and reminds her that cooking isn’t just about appliances.
After the internship, Salome finds Ethan in the park because she noticed his exchange with Maya. She tells him her history with him, as well as the blockages that she is experiencing. Salome offers Ethan to pair up Maya so she can make progress. A young man accepts.
Later, Salome reveals to Maya that she will be paired with Ethan next week, and then allows her to get to know him better. Maya is interested in Ethan’s presence at summer camp considering his level. The young man tells her that he went from being a student to a shop model due to pressure from his mother since childhood.
