The secrets buried in Auguste’s past promise more to disrupt the heroes’ existence here, all starting this summer on TF1.
After the train disaster and the double wedding that marked the departure of Greg and Eliot, the writers of Here It All Begins decided to return to the basics of the series in the celebration of the summer ark and replace Auguste Armand (Francis Haster) the heart of the story with flashbacks that are intended to teach us more about the character and his past.
Last week, Axel (Thomas da Costa) learned from Richard (Eric Savin), an old acquaintance of Auguste’s, that his father actually knew of his existence and that he decided to bequeath him a bistronomy before his death. Restaurant, Le Lucie (a new setting for the series that is not in Saint-Laurent-d’Aigouze).
News that upsets Jasmine’s boyfriend and surprises Louis (Fabian Wolfrom), Rose (Vanessa Demoy) and Clotilda (Elsa Lungini), who are not yet done with surprises. Indeed, in the episode airing on TF1 this Friday, July 21, Axel discovers that August was poisoned and that his death was a murder.
Augustus’ killer is a familiar character to fans
“I’d like to tell you that we knew that from the first episode, but that would be very disingenuous (laughs).”Sarah Farahmandi, producer of the cooking series, explains, when asked if the authors had in mind when it came out here, it all starts with the fact that Augustus was actually killed.
“On the other hand, we’ve been thinking for a long time about how to talk about Auguste again. We know that going into episode 35 there is a desire from the public to see it. But here we were, we were. We didn’t want to do that at any cost. We didn’t want it to be cheesy. And indeed, this idea for the summer arch was born. This is an idea that was born in January of this year.”.
The investigation will be to find out who killed Auguste “scattered all over the plot”Featuring Francis Huster in flashbacks “ten sequence” spread over several episodes.
Starting next week, the summer intrigue begins here, thus taking the form of a kind of clue, in which those close to Auguste can play the role of suspects. “Everyone will be a suspect”Actually tease Sarah Farahmandi. “The criminal will be suspected, then acquitted, then suspected again”.
And everything indicates that Auguste’s killer will turn out to be a recurring character in the series, and not Richard or a character that the public has never seen, because this is where it all begins, the producer continues: “We can say that this is a person that the audience knows, that we have already seen in the series”.
And beyond this investigation, which promises to give fans pause, the producer of the series promises that this special arc around the character of Francis Huster will shed a different light on the great Auguste Armand and his relationship with his relatives.
“Besides this background and teaching us more about who may have been angry with Auguste before he was killed, this plot also allows us to explore the relationship he may have had with his various children, Teyssier and Chef Guino. It will also shed light on us if they are there today, because something must have happened in the past.”.
