Henrique Avancini is the Brazilian short track champion

The greatest MTB national champion won another race, increasing his track record of titles in the category

Cyclist Henrique Avancini won this Friday afternoon (21) the Short Track (XCC) race of the 2023 Brazilian Mountain Bike Championship. The competition took place in the city of São José dos Campos (SP), at Mobai Bike Land. This was Avancini’s 4th Brazilian Short Track title in the Elite category.

The Caloi team athlete won the race with a time of 23min09s. Driver Gustavo Xavier took 2nd place, while Nicolas Raphael finished 3rd.

The greatest MTB national champion, Avancini, has already won the Brazilian championship more than 20 times. The athlete adds results in all the basic mountain bike categories, just as he has already won the Short Track, Marathon and Olympic Cross Country competitions in the elite category.

This Sunday Avancini is back on the slopes of the Mobai Bike Land to defend the title of Brazilian Champion of Olympic Cross Country (XCO). The race will start at 14:00.
