Viveo requires the registration of the public offer of shares; operation can move BRL 1.4 billion


The offering initially provides for the primary distribution of 36,697,248 new shares, in addition to the sale of Genome VI shares

Based on the closing price of the shares on July 21, equal to R$21.80, the total amount of the offer could reach R$800 million, without considering the placement of additional shares, and R$1.4 billion, considering the extra lots.

The offering initially provides for the primary distribution of 36,697,248 new shares. The secondary offering involves the sale of shares in Genoma VI Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia.

The offer will be implemented under the coordination of Itaú BBA, BTG Pactual, UBS Brasil, Citigroup Global, Bradesco BBI, Santander (Brazil), Bank of America and Goldman Sachs do Brasil.
