Once again in the race, Adam Sandler bet on making a drama film, just as he did in Uncut Gems (2019), and will release the film shooting high next Wednesday, June 8, in the catalog of Netflix.
The production on basketball follows Stanley Sugerman (sandler), scout for a sports team that is at a low point in its career. The protagonist discovers Bo Cruz (Juancho Hernangomez) phenomenon player from another country, and takes him to the United States without the team’s approval. Now, the duo only have one chance to fight for a space in the NBA (National Basketball Association).
