Two more departures from the Auguste Armani Institute? Here it all begins, the emblematic faces of the prestigious culinary school plan to pack up and open new horizons: they are Theo (Khaled Aluachi) and Anais (Julie Sasost)!

TF1 (which broadcasts the series from Monday to Friday at 18:30) revealed A never-before-seen fragment from the series As the couple prepare to announce to Teissier (Benjamin Barochet) their decision to leave the prison where they were born as cooks… Theo is nervous and afraid of his beloved father’s reaction to this big revelation.
Tessier also arrives unannounced and overhears part of the conversation between the key stakeholders. He clearly demands to know more and Anais intervenes. He initially tries to drown the fish for a completely different matter, but Theo chooses to run away.
Charlene’s brother (who is preparing to say goodbye to Louis) announces that he wants to resign from the management of Double A so that he can travel the world in the company of his beloved Anais. Teyssier ticks first, of course! And he tries to dissuade the young woman by implying that she should just go and follow her lover…
…with Teissier’s approval!
But Theo protects her and does not let her go. He explains to the great pastry chef that this plan is a joint project and that he personally needs to escape to discover other things and enhance his creativity. A professional through and through, he even adds that Mehdi (whom Hortense was cheating on with… Suleiman!) and Judah (Gilaad Quenuillere) can take his place while Teissier waits to find another cook.
Emmanuel is quite worried and asks his son if he is sure of his choice. Theo confirms and, amazingly, his interlocutor, who is so difficult anyway, finally approves! Constance’s husband (whose half-sister is about to join the institute) adds that it takes courage to question yourself in this way.
